Meisha Porter

Meisha Porter is currently a Board Member at New Visions for Public Schools. Meisha previously worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at Samuel Tucker Elementary School from July 2009 to April 2013.

Meisha Porter has a Master of Education from the University of Virginia in Elementary Education and Teaching, as well as a Master of Education from the University of Illinois Chicago in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics and Assessments. Meisha also has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in Philosophy. In addition, they have certification from Columbia Business School in Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals, and certification from University of Chicago in Critical Issues in Urban Education.
