Samantha Perch

Samantha Perch has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Samantha worked as a Human Resources Director at New Vitae Wellness and Recovery from July 2019 to present. Prior to that, they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and HR Recruiter at the same company from September 2017 to July 2019. Before joining New Vitae, Samantha worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Samantha Perch Consulting from August 2009 to July 2017. Samantha also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from November 2003 to August 2009 and at Target from November 2002 to November 2003.

Samantha Perch completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Business from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, attending from 2000 to 2002.
