Kelly Osterberg

Kelly Osterberg is an experienced office manager and operations specialist with a diverse background in business operations, project management, and administrative support. Currently serving as Office Manager at New Wave Design since January 2024, Kelly previously held the position of Director of Business Operations at EC Design Studio, where responsibilities included developing process improvements and enhancing customer experiences. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager and Office Manager at RedTeam Security, where project management and client communication were key, along with an Administrative Assistant role at OATI and earlier positions in the retail and beauty industries. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rasmussen University.
