Ruben Serrano has extensive work experience in customer service and administration roles. Ruben started their career at Interasa as an Export Department Administration Manager, where they were responsible for managing and following up on orders from export customers. Ruben also maintained the client portfolio in various countries. In 2006, they joined New Wave Group España as a Customer Service Manager and CPO. In this role, they coordinated and collaborated with other areas of the company to ensure positive customer interactions. Ruben implemented tools and processes to improve customer relationships and worked with marketing to develop customer-focused campaigns.

Ruben Serrano obtained a Degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya between 2002 and 2005.
