Matthew Koch

Matthew Koch serves as the General Manager for New Western Acquisitions, overseeing operations in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets since April 2016. Previously, Matthew held the position of General Manager at Helmerich & Payne from January 2013 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing cash flow operations for drilling rigs and analyzing drilling reports. Matthew has also gained valuable experience through internships as a Leasing Landman at EQT Corporation and a Landman in the Oil & Gas Trust Department at Frost National Bank. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management & Finance from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 2009 and 2012.
