Björn Linder

Björn Linder is an experienced technology executive currently serving as CTO at New Work SE since February 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing group technology strategy and central technology services. Prior roles at New Work SE include SVP Engineering for XING.com, VP Data focusing on data strategy and governance, and VP Engineering for the Business Units E-Recruiting and HalloFreelancer.com. Prior to New Work SE, Björn served as Director of Engineering at XING, leading a development unit and overseeing major product developments. Björn's career began at msg systems ag, where responsibilities included leading project management initiatives and serving as an agile coach. Björn holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from FH-Kiel - University of Applied Sciences and has further education from Penn State University.
