C. Serkan Baydin

C. Serkan Baydin has an extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. C. Serkan is currently the Director of Product & UX at NEW WORK SE, where they lead a team and focuses on job search, recommendations, and data enrichment. Before this, they served as the Principal Product Manager & Lead PM at Zalando SE, where they led global initiatives and supervised the product life cycle. C. Serkan also managed the Data Science & ML organization at HeyJobs and led the Search & Recommendation Products team at Global Fashion Group. In addition, they worked as a Product Lead at Insider and as a Senior Product Manager at Comodo. C. Serkan began their career as a Product Manager - Search at Yandex and as a Project & Product Manager at Nokta, where they led new application launches. Earlier in their career, they worked as a freelance product consultant and completed an MBA program at Bilkent University.

C. Serkan Baydin graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bilkent University in 2013. Prior to that, they also graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from the same university in 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "AI for Product Management" from Mind the Product and "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" from LinkedIn, both in 2023.
