Tim Elsner

Tim Elsner is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in driving brand transformation and growth within leading companies. Currently serving as VP Marketing & Kommunikation at NEW WORK SE since October 2022, Tim has successfully transformed XING into a jobs network, repositioned the brand for younger audiences, and executed significant sponsorships. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at congstar as Leiter Vertrieb und Kommunikation, where Tim contributed to over 10% annual growth and generated more than 100 million euros in new customer revenue. Earlier career roles span various leadership positions at Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile Deutschland, and Howard Buch Produktion, supported by an academic background with degrees in German Language and Literature and Political Science from Universität Bonn, and additional studies at the University of Vienna and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
