Stephen Hoyer

Stephen Hoyer, MBA, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at New World Fuel since November 2023. Previously, Stephen held the position of Vice President Finance at Hartree Partners from January 2023 to October 2023. Stephen's extensive experience includes roles such as Financial Controller at Parkland Corporation- US Supply Co. and Controller at XRI Holdings, LLC. Notably, Stephen worked at Saudi Aramco in various capacities, including Controller for Aramco Chemicals Company and Assistant Controller for Aramco Trading, contributing to the establishment of new banking relationships and financial reporting. Other significant positions include Senior Joint Venture Analyst roles at Hess Corporation and Noble Energy and joint venture finance analysis at BHP Billiton and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. Stephen began a career at BP, managing procurement and capital projects accounting. Stephen earned an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Southern University.
