Kristin Baird

Kristin Baird currently serves as the Director of Orchestra at New World Symphony, where responsibilities include managing orchestra personnel and overseeing musician engagement. Previous roles include Assistant Orchestra and Musician Advancement Manager at the same institution, Development Coordinator at Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and various positions at Frost School of Music and Palm Beach Symphony. Baird has experience as a Teaching Artist for The Florida Orchestra's education initiatives and has contributed to logistical and community engagement efforts across multiple music organizations. Baird holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Miami and advanced degrees in Violin Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music.
