Debora Elam has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Debora currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Excellence & Safety NA Rail at Knorr-Bremse AG since October 2022. Prior to this, they were an Affiliate Faculty member at Regis University College of Business and Economics starting from April 2014.

Before their academic roles, Debora worked as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Colorado Technical University Online, starting in November 2007.
