Currently, Robert serves as the Executive Chef at the New York Athletic Club since July 2021. Prior to this position, Robert held the same title at the Sofitel New York Hotel from November 2016 to July 2021, at the Roosevelt Hotel from November 2012 to November 2016, and at the Warwick New York Hotel from October 2010 to November 2012. Additionally, Robert was the Executive Chef at Sheraton Brooklyn for a short period in early 2010 and served as Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton New York Towers from August 2006 to December 2009.
