Boyd-Lewis Victoria has over two decades of experience in customer care and law enforcement. Since May 1996, Boyd-Lewis has served as the Director of Customer Care at the New York Blood Center. Prior to this role, Boyd-Lewis worked as a Police Officer for the New York City Police Department from June 1994 to December 1995 and as a List Operator at the American Management Association from May 1990 to June 1994. Educationally, Boyd-Lewis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monroe University between 2013 and 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Sciences from The College of New Rochelle.
