Willa Bugnon

Willa Bugnon currently serves as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at New York Cares since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CFDO at Girl Scouts of the USA from November 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities involved managing a demanding inbox and calendar, as well as preparing materials for donor meetings. Other positions held include Management Consultant at WJB Consulting and a Consultant role at The Garrison Institute, where Willa assisted in the transition of a new Executive Director and managed fundraising initiatives. Earlier experience at NRDC as Chief of Staff involved creating efficient communication protocols for multiple offices and managing the President's schedule to ensure optimal information flow and organizational focus. Willa Bugnon has pursued education at both CUNY School of Professional Studies and Marist College.
