Jessica O’Brien

Jessica O’Brien is the Program Operations Manager at NYCID. Starting as a Program Assistant in 2005, Jessica assisted with the agency’s afterschool program – McKee after 3 – as well as the Summer Youth Employment Program. In 2007, Jessica began working full-time for NYCID as the Administrative Assistant. Jessica currently fulfills many duties at NYCID as the Program Operations Manager including administrative tasks, contract needs, various human resources responsibilities, website management and planning the Annual Benefit.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The College of Staten Island.
