Verónica E. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in elder law, special needs planning, and trusts and estates, currently serving as Principal and Owner of The Law Offices of Veronica Escobar since June 2010. This boutique law practice assists individuals and families in estate planning and asset protection for aging clients. Verónica has nearly fourteen years of family law experience, having represented clients in child custody, guardianship, and family offense matters. Additionally, Verónica holds a Mediator position in the Matrimonial Part of Queens County since March 2021 and produces and hosts "Aging Wisely: The Podcast," focusing on the aging and disabled communities. Verónica actively volunteers with the New York City Bar's Elder Law Project and participates in various legal committees. Verónica's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Fordham University.
