Cindy Lou C. is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and consultancy within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Executive Project Manager at the New York City Campaign Finance Board since February 2023, Cindy is dedicated to enhancing democratic processes in New York City. Previously, as Non-profit and Small Business Consultant at Ko-Konsulta, Cindy advised various organizations on strategic philanthropy and operational improvements. Other significant roles include Director of Pro Bono and External Relations at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, Chief of Staff at Greater Jamaica Development Corporation, and Director of Development at BlinkNow, among others. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in World History and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
