Libby Rohlfing

Libby Rohlfing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within housing development and urban planning. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Special Projects at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, Libby previously held various key positions at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, including Deputy Commissioner for External Affairs and Chief of Staff. Additionally, Libby contributed to NYU School of Law as Assistant Dean for Planning and Executive Director of the Office of the Dean, among other roles. Educational credentials include a Master of Urban Planning from New York University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
