Previous roles include Superintendent positions at HAKS and STV, focusing on SCA Emergency Response and other construction oversight tasks. With a history of subcontracting through James Herrmann Inc. and a Superintendent role at Ultima Construction Inc., James has led significant projects involving interior and exterior restorations and upgrades for SCA and MTA facilities. James holds various certifications and training from ANDO International, TSC Training Academy, and the U.S. Department of Labor, enhancing expertise in project monitoring and asbestos supervision.
