Zachary Elkort

Zachary Elkort, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Capital Plan Development at the NYC School Construction Authority since July 2022. Previously, Zachary held various roles at the NYC Department of Education from September 2012 to July 2022, including Assistant Director of Capital Planning, Analyst, and Manager/Training Manager. Zachary earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University between 2019 and 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta, completed in 2011.
