Gregory Dickinson

Gregory Dickinson is an experienced leader in program management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director at New York Edge since May 2018. Under Gregory's leadership, the organization has seen significant revenue increases and expanded its capacity to serve over 16,000 individuals annually. Gregory has successfully managed a $13M budget and developed strategies for the recruitment and performance management of a large workforce. Previous roles include Deputy Director at The Y (YMCA) and Center Director at the Police Athletic League, with a strong emphasis on program operations and community engagement. Gregory holds a Master of Science in Business Management of Sports Industries from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Queens College.
