Jillian Racioppi

Jillian Racioppi currently serves as the General Manager for New York Empire Baseball, a role held since April 2019. Prior to this position, Jillian was the Human Resources Manager at Lil Athletes from September 2015 to April 2019 and worked as a Coach at WEST Sports during the same period. Early career experiences include an internship at Hotchkiss and Associates from October 2014 to July 2015, summer internship with Comets Pro Softball, LLC in 2013, and a managerial role at West Virginia University from August 2010 to February 2012. Jillian Racioppi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University, completed in 2014, with previous studies at the University of Arizona from 2009 to 2010.
