Kiryn Hoffman

Kiryn Hoffman is an accomplished leader in institutional advancement and nonprofit management, currently serving as President and CEO of the National Children's Museum since October 2024, and as Interim Deputy President and CEO at the New York Hall of Science since March 2014. With a strong background in fundraising, Kiryn has held significant roles such as Chief Advancement Officer and Vice President for Institutional Advancement at the New York Hall of Science, where strategies were developed to secure financial resources for the institution's strategic vision. Previously, Kiryn was Vice President and Chief Development Officer at the New York Academy of Sciences, establishing a fiscally sustainable budget, and Director of Major Giving and Capital Campaign at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, leading a $200 million capital and endowment campaign. Kiryn's early career includes roles as a writer and project manager, enhancing communication in scientific contexts. Kiryn holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from New York University and two Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry from Barnard College.
