Lou Giansante is an accomplished Audio Tour Consultant and Writer, currently working with the National Gallery Singapore since April 2024. With extensive experience at the New-York Historical Society since 2005, Giansante has contributed as a consultant, writer, script editor, and producer for various audio tours, including notable projects such as "Ever Upward: Resilience and Recovery in New York" and "Black is Beautiful: The Photography of Kwame Braithwaite." Additionally, Giansante has served as an Inclusive Audio Tour Scriptwriter for Orpheo US and has consulted for institutions like the National Museum of the U.S. Army and M + Museum, focusing on audio descriptions. Previous roles include producing and narrating accessible audio tours for VSA and Scholastic, where Giansante pioneered streaming internet radio programs in the early 2000s. Giansante holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from The New School.
