The Visitor Services team at the New York Historical Society is dedicated to enhancing the visitor experience by providing information, assistance, and support to guests both in-person and via the call center. They manage reservations, coordinate group sales, and ensure a seamless entry and engagement with the museum's exhibits and events, all while fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.
