Ashley Weldon Ribar, MA, SHRM-CP, CPCC, currently serves as the Professional Development Manager at NYISO since October 2022 and as an Instructor at the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies since September 2021, specializing in High Impact Behaviors in the Workplace. Previously, Ashley held positions at the University of Virginia from May 2018 to October 2022 as both a Senior Learning and Development Consultant and Talent Planning Team Lead, where responsibilities included facilitating career development courses and directing the Exceptional Assistant Network's educational programs. Prior experience also includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Strategic Management Services, a Human Resources Specialist at the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and a Regional Trainer at Whole Foods Market, among others. Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Training from Point Park University, along with degrees in Women's Studies and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a Human Resource Management certificate from George Mason University.
