Sarah Galloway Knox

Sarah Galloway Knox, PHR, serves as the Manager of Human Resources at NYISO since May 2015, where responsibilities include developing and leading processes for performance management and recruitment, attracting and retaining a diverse workforce, and collaborating with leadership to address staffing and employee development needs. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at SuperPower Inc. and AMRI, where contributions spanned from performance management to HR operations. In earlier positions at AMRI, Sarah held various roles including Senior HR Representative and Oracle HRMS Implementation Specialist, and worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at Independent Wireless One and United Group of Companies. Sarah holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Clarkson University Graduate School, completed between 2012 and 2017.
