Karrer Alghazali is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of bioengineering, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the New York Institute of Technology since August 2024. Prior to this role, Karrer held various positions including Research Manager and Principal Investigator at NuShores Biosciences LLC from August 2018 to July 2024, and Research Assistant at the Center for Integrative Nanotechnology Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from August 2014 to August 2020. Karrer's earlier experiences include serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Material Engineering, University of Babylon, Iraq, and as a Research Scientist at the Ministry of Science and Technology in Iraq. Karrer also worked as an Assistant Professor at the College of Computer Engineering in Al Husain Engineering College, Iraq. Karrer holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Applied Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master’s degree in Materials Science from the University of Technology, Iraq, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the same institution.
