Sherif Tohamy

Sherif Tohamy serves as the Head of ICT at Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, leading the internal IT team and spearheading a digital transformation strategy aimed at automating operational systems and enhancing customer experiences. Tohamy also holds the position of Chief Information Officer for multiple companies within Smart Mind Investment, Dreambox Technologies, and CyberlogiQ Systems, where responsibilities include managing diverse ICT requirements and fostering innovative technology partnerships in the MENA region. Additionally, Tohamy contributes as a member of the Business Advisory Board for the School of Management at the New York Institute of Technology. Past roles include Director of Information Technology at Emirates Driving Company and Group IT Manager at National Investment Corporation (PJSC), where Tohamy oversaw extensive ICT operations and project management across various sectors. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (Security) and Information Systems Management, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
