Brooks Neal

Director, Corporate Sales at New York Jets

Brooks Neal is the Director of Corporate Sales for the New York Jets. Prior to their current position, Brooks served as the Director of Global Partnerships for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they created new multi-property strategic partnerships for the Cavs, Canton Charge, Cleveland Monsters, Cleveland Gladiators, Cavs Legion Gaming Club, and JACK Entertainment's six Gaming Properties.

Brooks has also worked as the Director of Business Development for Speedway Motorsports and as the Director of Marketing for Athletics at Ohio University. Brooks began their career in 2006 as part of the Marketing Group for Athletics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Throughout their career, Brooks has built a reputation as an expert in global partnerships, gameday activation, digital and social media, traditional media assets, and hospitality. Brooks has also been instrumental in managing sponsorship portfolios, including the Pro Football Hall of Fame Village's $800M development in Canton, OH.

Brooks Neal graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Brooks then went on to get their Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
