Sandeep Kandhari

Sandeep Kandhari is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School, where the focus is on Juvenile Delinquency. Kandhari is also a Board Member of the Mayor's Juvenile Justice Advisory Board and has held the position of Director at the Center for Family Representation since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Kandhari worked as Community Training Director at The Legal Aid Society of NYC from October 2016 to September 2019, managing a team dedicated to community outreach. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Attorney-in-Charge at the Legal Aid Society from August 2006 to June 2015, where responsibilities included supervising attorneys in delinquency cases in Manhattan Family Court, as well as serving as a Staff Attorney. Education was obtained from New York University School of Law between 2003 and 2006.
