Brian Letts

Brian Letts is an experienced professional in sustainability and environmental policy, currently serving as a Senior Associate, Sustainability at New York Life Insurance Company since August 2024. Previously, Brian held strategic roles at TAG Infosphere as the Climate Practice Lead, where responsibilities included establishing a Climate Research & Advisory business and evaluating climate solution vendors. At 3BL, Brian served as Vice President of ESG Programs, overseeing the annual 100 Best Corporate Citizens ranking and advising clients on effective ESG communication to prevent greenwashing. Additional experience includes positions at the UN Environment Programme and collaborative projects with Lehigh University, along with a significant tenure at Bayer Healthcare in sales strategy and customer management. Brian earned a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Rutgers University.
