Geoff D'Angelo

Geoff D'Angelo serves as the Corporate Vice President and Head of Telephony Experience at New York Life Insurance Company, leading a team focused on enhancing voice channel interactions across multiple platforms. Previously, Geoff held various senior director positions at Sykes Enterprises, including roles in Infrastructure Engineering and Global IT Infrastructure, where responsibilities entailed executing cloud strategies and managing global telephony operations for thousands of employees. Earlier career experiences include positions at Marconi Communications as a Sales Engineer II and IKON Technology Services as a Project Lead Integration Engineer, among others, showcasing a strong background in network administration and project management.
