Daniel Serviansky serves as the Faculty Director of the Graduate Program in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Georgia School of Law since August 2022. With extensive experience in mediation and conflict resolution, Daniel has been a Certified Mediator and Conflict Coach at the New York Peace Institute since August 2016. Daniel's academic roles include Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and Adjunct Lecturer-in-Law at Columbia Law School. Prior positions held include Mediator at DSSADR LLC, Principal at Empire Cornerstone, LLC, and Director of New Ventures at Landstar Development Group. Daniel's educational background includes a JD from Columbia Law School, a Master’s in Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University, and a BA in History from Yale University.
