Nicole Moser is an experienced mediator and consultant with a strong background in law and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Mediator at the New York Peace Institute since March 2021, Nicole is a CDRC trained mediator with extensive training in various mediation fields including civil court, divorce, and special education. Since January 2016, Nicole has also held the position of Senior Consultant at Employment Practices Group, LLC, where responsibilities include conducting discrimination and harassment prevention training and investigating related claims. Prior experience includes working as a Litigation Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 1992 to 2008. Nicole Moser earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government and French (magna cum laude) from Dartmouth College.
