Ashley Cassetta

Ashley Cassetta has a diverse professional background in sales support, fitness instruction, and physical therapy assistance. Currently employed as a Sales Assistant at LDI Connect since November 2021, Ashley also serves as a Pilates Instructor at both Club Pilates and New York Pilates. Previous experience includes a role as a Chiropractic Assistant at Westport Chiropractic, where responsibilities involved assisting with patient therapies and recording pain scales. Additionally, Ashley interned at The Actors Fund, managing contact lists and organizing events, and worked as a Dance Instructor at Darien Arts Center, teaching various dance styles to students of all ages while choreographing performances. A former Physical Therapy Aide at Connecticut Dance Physical Therapy, Ashley contributed to patient care and exercise instruction. Ashley holds a degree from Florida State University, completed in 2020.
