Jolie Chong

Jolie Chong is a seasoned HR technology leader with extensive experience in digital HR transformation and strategic planning. Currently serving as Manager of Digital HR at New York Power Authority since May 2021, Jolie oversees HR technology initiatives, leads a steering committee for Cloud ERP and AI strategy, and focuses on HR data governance and system security compliance. Prior roles include HR Technology Leader at Röhm, Senior Manager of HR Systems at Verizon, IT Program Manager for Talent Acquisition at Johnson & Johnson, and Talent Acquisition Technology Manager at Hess Corporation. Jolie holds a B.S. in Chemistry and German and a Post B.S. in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
