Tihara Chadwick, MA-HRIR, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources.

Tihara currently works as the Director, HR Business Partner at New York Public Radio since May 2021. Previously, they served as a Regional HR Business Partner at T-Mobile from July 2018 to May 2021.

Prior to that, Tihara held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, Director at Planned Parenthood Federation of America from January 2016 to March 2018. Tihara also worked as a Sr. HR Partner at CNN from December 2013 to June 2015, and as an HR Generalist at Drew Marine from June 2013 to December 2013.

Tihara then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tihara Chadwick has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2008, they earned the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute). Following that, in 2012, they obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the same institution. Finally, in 2013, they obtained the HCS (Human Capital Strategist) certification from the HCI (Human Capital Institute).
