Leslie Tiger Fitzpatrick

Leslie Tiger Fitzpatrick, MSc, serves as the Head of Talent Identification and Recruitment for the New York Red Bulls, focusing on youth soccer talent for the Academy and New York Red Bulls II since February 2023. Additionally, Fitzpatrick has held the position of Head Scout for the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association since January 2020 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Train Like Tiger LLC. From August 2018 to July 2023, Fitzpatrick was the Head Coach for Women's Soccer at George Brown College, earning recognition as the 2018 OCAA Central Division Women's Soccer Coach of the Year. With experience as Executive Director for both Virginia United FC and New River United, Fitzpatrick developed strategic plans and managed operations. Fitzpatrick also served as Technical Director at Kenton Soccer Club and General Manager/Technical Director at Toronto Skillz FC Academy, overseeing academy operations and player development. Fitzpatrick's educational background includes a Master of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Miami, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University.
