Rodnell Workman

Rodnell Workman serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at New York Road Runners since October 2022, overseeing strategic marketing, creative brand development, and fan engagement for a large membership base. Previously, Rodnell held the position of AVP, Marketing Communications at Healthfirst, managing a comprehensive array of marketing initiatives to advance brand objectives. As Managing Partner at MarketingWORK Advisors, a consultancy firm, Rodnell provided strategic marketing guidance. Additionally, Rodnell has extensive experience as Chief Marketing Officer at Health Monitor Network, Vice President of Team Marketing for Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, and Vice President of Sponsorship Sales for New York Cosmos, among other notable roles. Rodnell's academic background includes serving as an Adjunct Professor in Sports Marketing at New York University and earning a BA in Broadcast/Cable from Penn State University.
