Chief Counsel, New York State Senate Republican Conference at New York State Senate

Kristin Frank has extensive experience in various legal and legislative roles. Kristin currently serves as the Chief Counsel for the New York State Senate Republican Conference since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel & Legislative Director for Senator Helming from January 2017 to August 2020. Additionally, they have worked as an Associate Counsel for the New York State Assembly from December 2013 to January 2017. Kristin also gained experience as a Law Clerk for the NYS Office of Information Technology Services from February 2012 to November 2012, as well as for Assaf & Mackenzie/Assaf & Siegal from January 2010 to January 2012. Kristin began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Martin Harding & Mazzotti from May 2009 to August 2009.

Kristin Frank pursued their education at Fairfield University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following that, they attended Albany Law School from 2008 to 2011, earning a JD degree in Law.
