Mandi Heller

Mandi Heller is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in legislative analysis and legal research. Currently serving as the Albany Operations Coordinator at the New York State Senate since September 2018, Mandi engages in researching and writing legislation while addressing constituent issues.
