Tatiana C. Parker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2003, they worked as an interviewer at Knowledge Systems & Research for over six years. Tatiana C. then joined National Government Services - CMS Medicare Contractor in 2011, where they served as a Customer Care Representative, Written Correspondence Representative, and Assistant to Trainer until 2014. After that, they worked as a Navigator/Outreach Enrollment Specialist at The Salvation Army/New York State of Health. In 2016, Tatiana worked as a Campaign Canvasser for the New York State Democratic Committee. Tatiana C. also gained experience as an Insurance Application Specialist and Outreach Coordinator at Syracuse Community Health Center, Inc. for two years starting from 2015. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Community Impact Associate at the United Way of Central New York, where they were responsible for reviewing agency and program applications, monitoring reports, and conducting community research. Currently, Tatiana is the Director of Constituent Services & Grant Administrator at the New York State Senate, a position they have held since 2019. In addition to their professional experience, Tatiana started their own company, Butterfly Entertainment, in 2010. As a social entrepreneur, their company aims to empower individuals and contribute to the well-being of the community through entertainment, social action programs, and self-improvement measures.

Tatiana C. Parker's education history begins with their completion of an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Human Services with a concentration in Substance Abuse Counseling from Onondaga Community College in 2006. Tatiana C. then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy and Administration at the State University of New York at Oswego, graduating in 2013.

In 2016, Tatiana decided to continue their education and enrolled in SUNY Empire State College, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social and Public Policy. Additionally, they completed a Professional Certificate in Community Advocacy during their time at SUNY Empire State College, which concluded in 2019.

Currently, Tatiana is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Executive Leadership at St. John Fisher University, with an expected completion date to be determined, as their enrollment is ongoing.
