Susanna Fernandes is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and cosmetic formulation. Currently serving as Team Supervisor for Esales Business Development at TRI-K Industries since April 2015, Susanna has successfully transitioned into a leadership role, demonstrating expertise in CRM implementation and training. As an Advisor on the Executive Board of the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists since January 2020, Susanna has driven innovation and was nominated for the Chair position to oversee the strategic direction of the organization. Previously, Susanna contributed as a CEW Beauty Creators Ambassador in 2021, collaborating on the Supplier Award ceremony. With a solid foundation in sales management from Gap Inc., where revenue increased under Susanna's leadership, and extensive hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation across several renowned companies, Susanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry & Allied Health from Saint Elizabeth University.

New York Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists Dedicated to the advancement of cosmetic science, the Society strives to increase and disseminate scientific information through meetings and publications. By promoting research in cosmetic science and industry, and by setting high ethical, professional and educational standards, we reach our goal of improving the qualifications of cosmetic scientists. Our mission is to further the interests and recognition of cosmetic scientists while maintaining the confidence of the public in the cosmetic and toiletries industry. Comprised of over 1,500 members, the Society of Cosmetic Chemists was founded in 1945 to promote high standards of practice in the cosmetic sciences. We serve as a focus and provide the proper forums for the exchange of ideas and new developments in cosmetic research and technology.
