Andy Crowe

Andy Crowe is a seasoned law enforcement professional currently serving as Colonel in the Office of Counter Terrorism & Intelligence at the New York State Police, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Crowe served as Lieutenant Colonel overseeing intelligence and counter-terrorism operations, including command of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the Counter Terrorism Center, and various sections within the Fusion Center. Crowe's extensive experience also includes roles as Staff Inspector, Major, Captain, and Lieutenant, with a focus on criminal investigations, case management, and intelligence-led policing. Beginning a career in law enforcement as a Trooper in 1998, Crowe advanced through various ranks, culminating in senior investigator positions. Crowe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and History from St. Lawrence University, earned in 1996.
