Jennifer Kearney, CMP, is an accomplished Convention and Events Manager at the New York State School Boards Association since September 2016, responsible for planning around 35 events annually across New York State, which include budget management, audio-visual coordination, and post-event reconciliation. Early career experiences include roles as a Guest Service Representative at Hilton Garden Inn and a Banquet Server at Classé Catering, where exceptional customer service was consistently recognized. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as a Conference Intern at the NYS Association for the Education of Young Children, managing logistics for workshops and enhancing attendance rates. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an A.A.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SUNY Schenectady County Community College.
