Jenna Burke

Jenna Burke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resources. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Specialist in the Office of General Counsel for NYSUT since March 2019, Jenna effectively advises on compliance and risk assessment across various employment-related issues. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Chapin International and Director of Human Resources at The Tarantino Law Firm, where Jenna provided comprehensive legal counsel and policy development. Additionally, Jenna has a background in litigation support with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various legal firms, focusing on civil litigation and estate planning. Jenna holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Syracuse University.
