Peter Kim

Peter Kim is a seasoned political organizer with extensive experience in various roles within political and civic engagement organizations. Currently serving as a Political Organizer at NYSUT since 2016, Peter has also held the position of Statewide Higher Education Political Organizer. Prior to this role, Peter was the Director of Training and Leadership Development at the New York Civic Engagement Table from 2015 to 2016. Peter's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Field Operations at Red Horse Strategies (2011-2015) and Field Director at the Working Families Party (2006-2011). Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and has an educational background in philosophy from the same institution and University School.
