Robert Narh

Robert Narh is a skilled watercraft engineer with extensive experience in marine engineering. Currently serving as the USCG First Assistant and Chief License Engineer at NOAA since July 2019, Robert also holds a position as Third Assistant Marine Engineer at New York Water Taxi since September 2016, along with prior experience as a Third Assistant Engineer at New York City Ferry from July 2016 to August 2018. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College, completed in 2019.
