Phillip Busch

Phillip Busch is an experienced professional in the field of validation and scientific research, currently serving as a Validation Engineer at New Zealand Blood Service since May 2023. Previously, Phillip held various roles at Douglas Pharmaceuticals from May 2018 to December 2022, including NPD Principal Scientist: Validation and Senior Research Scientist. Phillip's extensive background also includes positions at Douglas Manufacturing Ltd. as Validation Coordinator and Validation Officer, as well as a tenure at APOTEX NZ LIMITED as IT Administrator and in laboratory roles. Phillip began their career at Assure Quality NZ as a Laboratory Technician from March 1994 to October 1999.
